- Payment: We accept cash, debit and credit cards (except Amex and Diners).
- Booking & deposit: please book in writing. We request a deposit of 30% of the totalamount.
- Dogs: Your four-legged friend is welcome. The surcharge is € 25,00 per day without food. Please bring your own blanket or basket. Dogs are not permitted in the dining room and the wellness area.
- Cancellation: Cancellation is always a nuisance - for all parties. For this reason we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance! Our cancellation policy:
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
